2. Consulting & Coaching Sessions

Strategy calls and coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable. If we need to cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

3. Digital Ebooks

Due to the nature of digital goods, ebook purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed. If you experience technical issues accessing your ebook, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.
